Account deletion

Request deletion of your Agro account.

If you created an Agro account, you can request deletion of the account and associated app data by contacting support.

How to request deletion

Email support@agriqon.ru from the email address connected to your Agro account and include “Delete my Agro account” in the subject.

What deletion covers

Deletion may include account identifiers, chat messages, uploaded photos, and related app data. Some records may be retained where required for payment, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.

Subscription access

If you have an active subscription, contact support before deletion so billing and access state can be reviewed.
