How Agro handles your data.

This draft policy explains the data Agro needs to provide mobile agronomy chat, photo analysis, account access, and subscription management.

Data we process

Agro may process account details, authentication identifiers, chat messages, uploaded photos, subscription metadata, entitlement status, support messages, and technical logs.

AI and photo processing

Chat messages and attached images may be sent to configured AI providers to generate assistant responses. Uploaded photos are used to answer your request and preserve your chat history unless deletion is requested.

Payments

Payment details are handled by the payment provider. Agro stores subscription and entitlement metadata needed to unlock Pro access.
